coconut candy

Coconut candy is the most popular snack in my culture. However, anyone who tastes this delicious dish knows that it is very good. It is made up off three things such as a, coconut, sugar, and syrup. It is very sweet and has a very good taste. Many people like it because it is very delicious and easy to make. However, coconut candy is a very good snack in our culture and we call it "Okasi Taka."

What is love?

According to the dictionary, love is a deep affection and warm feeling for another. There are many things that build up love such as a, romance, patience, commitment, loyalty, and sacrifice. Actually, we don’t feel like this to anybody, but when you’re in love with someone, you would do anything even if it’s crazy. Some people who fall deeply in love, he or she must have all these words to say. He or she must have so many feelings to express, but they don’t know where to start with a conversation to someone they’re in love with. They don’t know how to react so they hide their feelings and pretend everything is all right.

"MY BEDROOM"

I have a rectangularly organized bedroom in my house, and I always keep it clean and arrange things neatly. As you enter the door, there is a closet to the left of the door. It’s only for my school clothes and my home clothes. To the left of the closet is my single bed. It is baby blue with two pillows. On the top of my bed, where my head rest, sits my chest. It’s only for my personal belongings. To the right side of the chest, there is a bookcase. It holds all my reading books, dictionary and some of my textbooks. I always arrange them in a orderly fashin. Beside the bookcase are my desk and my chair. Both of them are made of plywood. The desk is only for my schoolbooks and my journals. There are two small sliding windows on the right side of the door. My bedroom is very organize and clean because I always clean and arrange things.

"MY FAVORITE PERSON"

My friend joy is my favorite person.She is from Yap and she is 22 years old.There are several reasons why I like her.She is very nice and she is very friendly.she likes to make people laugh.she always tells jokes to make fun.Whenever we get together, we are laugh all the time. Moreover, she's the kind of girl that respects people and she is also a Christian. The last thing that i really like about her, is that she is very smart. However, Joy is my favorite person among those my friends.

DESCRIBING MYSELF

My name is Lurdes Martin. I'm from the outer island of Chuuk, and I am 21 years old. I've been here about three years. I am attending Northern Marianas College, and this is my second semester. My major is accounting. I want to be an accountant. My favorite subject is Math, and my favorite sport is volleyball. My hobbies are watching movies, and playing volley. I also really like to have fun with friends. I'm quite humorous, and I love telling jokes. The things that I expect from people are respect and honesty. I am very open, and I really want to make friends with people from all of the world.
